Refund & cancellation policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains cancellations, replacements, and refunds for purchases from Vitality Supplies (operated by Vitality Enterprises).
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or email support@vitalitysupplies.in with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but the return terms below may apply.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of deliverywith your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Returns
Unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Because some products are made to order, please contact us first to confirm eligibility before sending anything back. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is borne by the customer; for damaged/defective/wrong items, we cover it.
Refund method and timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI / card, via our payment partner). Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank.
