These Terms & Conditions govern your use of vitalitysupplies.in and any purchase you make from it. The website is operated by Vitality Enterprises (trading as “Vitality Supplies”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell consumer accessories — 3D-printed vial cases, empty nasal spray bottles, and insulin pen accessories. Product images are representative; actual colour and finish may vary slightly. We aim to describe products accurately but do not warrant that every detail is error-free.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice. Payment is collected via UPI or card through our payment partner, or via the on-site checkout and WhatsApp confirmation flow. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Orders

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to limit or cancel quantities. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund. Order numbers use the format VS-YYMMDD-NNNN.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations, returns, and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content, branding, and images on this site are our property or used with permission and may not be copied without consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Vitality Enterprises is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
